RESERVATIONS & SCHEDULE of PAYMENTS: All reservations for this tour are confirmed upon receipt of your registration form and a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 per person, which is due upon reservation and no later than March 1, 2005. A second non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is due June 1, 2005. Final payment is due September 10, 2005.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS & SITES: All hotel accommodations are based on double occupancy with private bath. NOTE: We will attempt to find a roommate for single travelers desiring to share a room. If, however, we are unable to find a roommate, or you do not accept our selection, the single room supplement will apply. The sequence of visits to sites may change according to the discretion of the tour operator and guide if they deem necessary. In case sequence is changed, all items on the itinerary will still be covered.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:The Initial and Second Deposit are non-refundable. Final payment is fully refundable, (excluding the non-refundable deposits of $500.00 per person), until September 10, 2005. Cancellations after September 10, 2005 become non-refundable and can only be recovered through

a travel insurance policy. All cancellations must be made in writing to Heavenly Tours. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

UNUSED SERVICES:No refund will be made for unused touring, meals or any other program components stated in the itinerary.


Valid passport is required. No vaccinations or visa are required from U.S. Citizens.

FEES NOT INCLUDED: Passport Fees, Travel Insurance, meals, drinks, wines, liquors and beverages not mentioned in itinerary, items of personal nature, such as telephone, laundry and sites other than those mentioned. Tips to guide, driver and hotel staff are not included. U.S. and Israel Departure Taxes are not included and will be invoiced to you. Transfer to O'Hare is optional and is not included in the price of the tour.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel Insurance is optional; however, we highly suggest and recommend the purchase of insurance. It is suggested that the insurance premium be paid directly to the insurance company at the time of your initial deposit in order to cover the “Pre-existing Conditions Clause” of the insurance.

TAXES & FEES INCLUDED:Entrance fees to all sites on scheduled tours. Porterage of one suitcase per person is included. 

AIR & LAND FARES: Air and land rates of this tour are based on current tariffs in effect for today, December 10, 2005. Flight tickets for this tour are based on NON-REFUNDABLE group airfare.

PURCHASE OF MERCHANDISE: Heavenly International Tours is not to be held responsible for any item/s purchased during the tour, not for their quality nor their prices. All and any purchase will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

METHOD OF PAYMENTS: Check or money order only, made payable to Heavenly International Tours.

LUGGAGE:  Each person is allowed (1) suitcase only, which will be handled for you throughout the tour.  Maximum size is 62” high and maximum weight is 70 pounds.

TOUR DATES:As in any trans Atlantic flight, tour dates may slightly change according to the requirements of the participating air carrier. Please allow some flexibility. In the event dates and times of flights are changed, Heavenly Tours will not be held responsible and a refund will not be available based on this reason.


Heavenly International Tours and/or its agents act only in the capacity as agents for all suppliers used for this program, including airlines, motor-coach companies, cruise ships, railroad companies, hotels, etc., and shall assume no responsibility for any personal or property damage which may occur while on board any of the carriers or under the auspices

of the particular vendor. Heavenly International Tours and/or its agents shall not be held responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late departures, change of schedule, strikes, terrorist events, weather or other conditions.  Airline concerned is not to be held liable or responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board its aircraft.
