MONDAY, MARCH 3
DEPARTURE TO ISRAEL
Today we depart from Chicago's O'Hare Airport to Israel. Enjoy on-board meals and entertainment as we cross the Atlantic Ocean on our way to Israel.
TUESDAY, MARCH 4
ARRIVE IN ISRAEL/TEL AVIV:
Arrive in Israel. Meet a representative who will assist us through customs. Meet our guide and proceed to our hotel, located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. A refreshing Jaffa orange juice will be waiting for you upon arrival. Overnight Grand Beach Hotel - Tel Aviv (D)
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 5
After breakfast begin with a visit to Jaffa for a view of the old port and artist quarters. Continue to Caesarea, once a proud Roman port city dating back to the time of Pontius Pilate. View the monumental Roman amphitheater built in the days of Christ. Travel to Mt. Carmel, where Elijah held a contest against the false prophets of Ba’al. Next, travel to Megiddo, overlooking the plains of Armageddon and visit the site of the 21 superimposed cities.
Next we travel to Nazareth where Jesus spent the silent years of his life and visit Mary’s Well. Afterwards, visit Cana, site of the first miracle where Jesus turned water to wine. While in Cana, married couples will have the opportunity to renew their marriage vows. Overnight Kibbutz Kfar Blum Hotel (B,D)
THURSDAY, MARCH 6
MT. BEATITUDES/TABGHA/ CAPERNAUM/ BOAT RIDE-FISH LUNCH/BEIT SHEAN:
After breakfast our first stop will be Mt. Beatitudes. Near here Jesus gave the Beatitudes and taught on many occasions. Here he also performed many of the miracles. Travel to Tabgha, where 5000 were fed by Jesus who performed the miracle of the Multiplication of the Fish and Loaves. Continue to Capernaum where much of the Galilean Ministry took place. Afterwards, enjoy a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee and hear how Jesus calmed the stormy sea and walked upon these waters. Enjoy a traditional St. Peter’s fish lunch. We will now drive to the Biblical city of Beit Shean to view the well-preserved mosaic floor and ancient ruins. Evening Fellowship at the Kibbutz.

FRIDAY, MARCH 7
KIBBUTZ TOUR/GOLAN VIEW/ CAESARIA PHILIPPI/ KATZRIN/ GAMLA/KORAZIM/ YARDENIT BAPTISMAL SITE:
After breakfast begin the day with a tour of a Kibbutz and explore this unique way of life. From here we will ascend the Golan Heights. Our guide will explain why this area is so vital to Israel’s security. We continue to Caesaria Philippi and then to the town of Katzrin. Afterwards, view the ancient site of Gamla, (Called Massada of the Galilee). We will now descend the Golan Heights and drive to Korazim. We end the day at Yardenit Baptismal site on the Jordan River, where time will be available for an optional Baptismal service.

SATURDAY, MARCH 8
GEDION SPRING/MASSADA/EIN GEDI WATERFALLS/QUMRAN/JERUSALEM:
After breakfast we drive to Gideon Springs, where Gideon’s army drank the water. We will now drive through the Jordan Valley to Massada. Ascend Massada by cable car. Our guide will take us on a fascinating tour of this mountain where 960 Jewish defenders organized the last resistance to the Roman Conquerors. Descend Massada and travel to the Dead Sea for an optional float in the salty waters. We continue to Kibbutz Ein Gedi to view King David’s waterfalls and then for a view of Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. We will now ascend the Judean Hills to Jerusalem - the "Eternal City of God".

SUNDAY, MARCH 9
OLD CITY/MT. OF OLIVES/CARDO/WESTERN WALL/GARDEN OF GETHSEMANE:
After breakfast visit the Old City of Jerusalem. Jews, Christians and Moslems alike know the Biblical and historical importance of the city of Jerusalem. At the start of the morning we drive to the crest of Mt. of Olives where the entire city of Jerusalem unfolds before us. Today’s walking tour includes: Garden of Gethsemane, Pools of Bethesda, Upper Room of the Last Supper, Ecce Homo Arch, Via Dolorosa, Western Wall, Cardo, Jewish Quarters and Oriental Bazaars. Evening Fellowship at the hotel.

MONDAY, MARCH 10
HILLS OF JERUSALEM/KNESSET/YAD VASHEM/JOHN THE BAPTIST'S CAVE/ BETHEHEM/GARDEN TOMB:
After breakfast we begin with a view of the Knesset, (Israel’s Parliament), and continue to Yad Vashem,
a memorial to the Six Million Jews that perished in the Holocaust. Not far from here, (near Kibbutz Tzuba), we will visit John the Baptist's newly discovered cave. Continue to the city of Bethlehem and visit the Church of the Nativity and Manger Square. We will have the opportunity to browse through a unique souvenir shop. TUESDAY, MARCH 11
FREE DAY IN JERUSALEM/FAREWELL DINNER

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 12
TRANSFER TO AIRPORT/FLIGHT TO USA:
Breakfast in hotel. Today we will transfer to Ben Gurion Airport for our flight home.

RESERVATIONS & SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS: All reservations for this tour are confirmed upon receipt of your Registration Form and a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 per person, which is due upon reservation and no later than June 1, 2007. A second non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is due September 1, 2007. Final payment is due January 10, 2008. Please note: If you are eligible for the Early Bird Discount, $50.00 per person will be deducted from your final payment for the tour. Please do not deduct the $50.00 from your Initial Deposit.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS & SITES: All hotel accommodations are based on double occupancy with private bath. NOTE: We will attempt to find a roommate for single travelers desiring to share a room. However, if we are unable to find a roommate, or you do not accept our selection, the single room supplement will apply. The sequence of visits to sites may change according to the discretion of the tour operator and guide if they deem necessary. In case sequence is changed, all items on the itinerary will still be covered.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: The Initial Deposit and Second Deposit are non-refundable. Final payment is fully refundable, (excluding the non-refundable deposits of $400.00 per person), until January 10, 2008. Cancellations after January 10, 2008 become non-refundable and can only be recovered through a travel insurance policy. Please note that deposits and final payments for the tour cannot be changed from one person to another. All cancellations must be made in writing to Heavenly Tours. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
UNUSED SERVICES: No refund will be available for unused touring, meals or any other program components stated in the itinerary.
PASSPORT, VISA & VACCINATIONS: Valid passport is required. No vaccinations or visa are required from U.S. Citizens. Complete Passport information as requested in the enclosed Registration Form must be submitted to Heavenly International Tours prior to January 10, 2008.
TAXES & FEES INCLUDED: Entrance fees to all sites on scheduled tours. Porterage of ONE suitcase per person is included.
FEES NOT INCLUDED: Passport Fees, Travel Insurance, meals, drinks, wines, liquors and beverages not mentioned in itinerary, items of personal nature; such as phone calls, laundry, room service and sites other than those mentioned. Tips to guide, driver and hotel staff are not included. U.S. & Israel Departure Taxes, Security Fees and Fuel Surcharges are not included and will be invoiced to you. Payment for Departure Taxes, Security Fees and Fuel Surcharge is due with your final payment for the tour. Transfer to O'Hare is optional and is not included in the price of the tour.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel Insurance is optional. However, we highly suggest and recommend the purchase of insurance. It is suggested that the insurance premium will be paid directly to the insurance company at the time of your initial deposit in order to cover the “Pre-existing Condition Clause” of the insurance. AIR & LAND FARES: Air and land rates of this tour are based on current tariffs in effect for today, March 20, 2007. Flight tickets for this tour are based on a NON-REFUNDABLE group airfare.
PURCHASE OF MERCHANDISE: Heavenly International Tours is not to be held responsible for any item/s purchased during the tour, not for their quality nor their prices. All and any purchase will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

LUGGAGE:Each person is allowed (1) suitcase and a carry-on only, which will be handled for you throughout the tour. Maximum size of suitcase is 29” high and maximum weight is 50 pounds.
TOUR DATES:As in any trans-Atlantic flight, tour dates may slightly change according to the requirements of the participating air carrier. Please allow yourself some flexibility. In the event dates and times of flights are changed, Heavenly International Tours will not be held responsible and refunds will not be available based on this reason.
