Heavenly International Tours and/or its agents act only in the capacity as agents for all suppliers used for this program, including airlines, motor coach companies, cruise ships, railroad companies, hotels, etc., and shall assume no responsibility for any damage occasioned to the traveler’s person or property in the event of an occurrence while on board any of the carriers or under the auspices of the particular vendor. Heavenly International Tours and/or its agents shall not be held responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late trains or departures, change of schedule, strikes, terrorist events, weather or other conditions.  Airlines concerned are not to be held liable or responsible for any act, omission or events during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - READ CAREFULLY

RESERVATIONS & SCHEDULE of PAYMENTS: All reservations for this tour are confirmed upon receipt of your registration form and a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 per person, which is due MAY 1, 2004.   Final payment is due September 20, 2004.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS & SITES:  Hotel accommodations are based on double occupancy with private bath.  Participants without a roommate will have to pay the single room  surcharge, which is $820.00.    The sequence of visits to sites may change according to the discretion of the tour operator and guides if they deem necessary.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Cancellations made after MAY 1, 2004 are non-refundable.   Cancellations made after July 1, 2004 are non-refundable.   Final payment is fully refundable, (excluding the non-refundable deposits of $ 400.00 per person), until SEPTEMBER 20, 2004.   Cancellations after SEPTEMBER 20,  2004 become non-refundable and can only be recovered through a travel insurance policy.   Cancellations must be made in writing to Heavenly Tours.  Travel insurance is  recommended.

UNUSED SERVICES:No refunds will be made for unused touring, meals or any other program components.

FEES NOT INCLUDED:  Travel Insurance, meals,  liquor and beverages not included in itinerary, items of personal nature; telephone, laundry and sites other than those mentioned.  Tips to guides, drivers and hotel staff.  U.S.departure taxes are not included and will be invoiced.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel Insurance is optional; however, we highly recommend the purchase of insurance.  Pay the insurance premium directly to the insurance company at the time of your initial deposit in order to cover the “pre-existing conditions clause”.

TAXES & FEES INCLUDED: Entrance fees to all sites on scheduled tour. Portage is also included. 

AIR/LAND FARES: Air and land rates of this tour are based on current tariffs in effect for today, February 12, 2004 and may be subject to change.    Rates are based on a group of 20 paying passengers.  Flight tickets for this tour are based on NONREFUNDABLE airfare. 

PURCHASE OF MERCHANDISE: Heavenly International Tours is not to be held responsible for any items purchased during the tour.

METHOD OF PAYMENTS: Check or money order only, made payable to Heavenly International Tours.

LUGGAGE:  Each person is allowed (1) suitcase only, which will be handled for you throughout the tour.  Maximum size is 62” high and maximum weight is 70 pounds.

TOUR DATES:As in any Trans-Atlantic flight, tour dates may be slightly changed according to the requirements of participating air carriers.  Please allow some flexibility.  In the event dates and times of flights are changed, Heavenly Tours will not be held responsible and refunds will not be available based on this reason.
